I cannot say enough I HIGHLY recommend nobody ever get their hair done with Steven. He is highly unprofessional, and did a TERRIBLE job on my perm. He has since refused to fix my perm and refused to give me back my money. I have tried everything civil with him, but he does not understand civil. He said I "threatened him" by asking for my money back if I can't get an appointment, and then when he refused, "I have done hair for 35 years and I have yet to give money back and I don't plan to start today" and I said well if anything I can dispute with my bank and he said "well you can certainly try but you won't succeed" and then hung up the phone. Somehow saying I'd dispute my charge is a threat? That's very weird. At the very least, if you don't stay away from this establishment in the first

Amazing experience today with Steven. Went in for color/highlights. This was my first time using Saddle up Salon and I can say I will not be going anyplace different from now on! I showed Steven the pic I wanted for my hair and he nailed it, he added a little trim to shape my hair more stylish and even from prior cut. Absolutely love how my hair turned out..Thank you Steven.

I drive over 50 minutes for Steve to do my hair and will continue to do so! Try them, you'll be very pleased!

Service is amazing, speedy and efficient. I exactly the haircut I asked for! I went in debating whether or not I should wear a hat, and left feeling like I was confident again! The owners are always kind, and welcoming, offering products of their own, and ones they personally think would make you glow- I hope this review helps to boost their Salon- Love you guys! 😁😁 (Also I hope I listed everything I got done correctly: I got my hair sprayed down, cut to the length we talked about, and my hair was blow dried and styled really well! thx btw! Apologies for writing an essay, but hair is pretty important!)

I absolutely positively 10/10 recommend this salon. I had my color done by Steven and it turned out amazing. I am so happy with my hair. I had a really bad body wave that was done at a different salon and Steven helped to make my hair look healthier and fix the damage done elsewhere. I will definitely be back and recommend this salon without hesitation. The salon was clean, parking was easy and it’s a very comfortable environment. Also worth noting is that Steven told me he does perms so I will be getting my perms with him from now on. Thank you so much ❤️
