I was charged $105 for a mani and pedi with no polish, plus gel removal on my hands. I made a mistake by walking in without reading the reviews, but all of them are true. I still left a $10 tip because I felt bad and was in shock. The 20-minute massage was painful, and multiple fingers and toes are raw. I should have left when I noticed there was no plastic liner in the pedicure tub and the water looked dirty. The gel removal was also very rough. I’m too much of a people-pleaser to get up, and I felt bad because it was an elderly woman, but she swindled me. There were no prices posted anywhere in the store, so the cost was unclear, yet she added an extra $10 and immediately asked for cash. I tipped anyway because I’ve never not tipped, but I would never go back. I honestly don’t know how t

I got there early for my appointment. The two women there started arguing because one had double booked the other. They argued out loud in front of customers for the first 30 minutes of my appointment. The two yelled back and forth at each other about double booking and actually sent the other customers that had an appointment away. If I didn't get there a few minutes early I would have been the customer that was sent away. I was overcharged. $165 for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure. The woman working on my nails actually cut my pinky finger making it bleed and apologized over and over again. She then had the audacity to ask for a tip which I gave but I have never been asked how much I would like to tip. The overall experience was terrible. The only reason I went there was because my nai

The WORST pedi I’ve ever received. I see why there was no business on a Saturday and the workers kept saying how “slow” it was. The women were rude, the pedicure was rushed even when there were no clients waiting. They cut my toenails at a diagonal and when I complained, they got defiant and demanded a tip from me. They didn’t even push my cuticles back. She actually charged my credit card with a 20% tip and I had to demand she refund the tip or I was calling the Police. I had to pay $45 for a pedicure that looks atrocious. I came home and recut my toenails. DO NOT GO HERE.

The people there weren’t bad, but I have an issue with the service and what i wound up getting. I got my nails done three days ago, and when I went tempeh had one person who did acrylic’s (that’s fine) but there was also only one person who did designs (a different person) and so i had to pay $30 extra for them to change people, not including the price for the design. I showed them the photo of what I wanted before I payed that amount for them to switch, and it was only after that that i was told that they couldn’t do that design. (even though i showed a photo first and they said they could) And the quality of the nails themself isn’t great. The designs are very uneven and scratching off, and the gel polish used on top of the nails is chipping off of the nails due to simple everyday tasks

It's not the most upscale experience, but they do an excellent gel manicure that lasts and does not chip! Also you don't have to book a month in advance to get an appointment. They accept walk ins - which is a god send if you work a normal 9-5. This is my go-to spot now!
