On 111 2025 I attempted to enter the business which is open to the public to buy several items. Immediately upon walking in the lovely lady in the video and told me that my dog needed to be on the leash I told her that he cannot do his job well on a leash and ADA accommodations allow my well-trained well-behaved dog do not be on a leash as long as he's under control and not defecating on their floor. After several minutes of arguing I was finally told that they're just going to refuse me service even though it is a blatant violation of the American disabilities act. I attempted to explain to this woman that she was breaking the law and discriminating and I was told they have the right to refuse service. She blatantly says she's refusing service because my epilepsy alert dog cannot be tethe

This location always hires very exceptional women. Who honestly love their job India and Britney are the main ones who help . But as I stated in my few years of coming to this place. I've never had a terrible experience with these women

They do have signs posted that I over looked. No refund no exchanges so if shopping there make sure you won't have to return anything which sucked for me because I brought kiss press on nails that in the package I couldn't tell how they would fit my nails. Should've just went to Lux beauty supply were my purchasees gain rewards back.....Lesson learned 😒 Tried to support the business but if I can't even get an exchange for an item than why bother to spend money there.

Employees are very helpful, attentive, educated and knowledgeable of both their job and the products they are selling. Very welcoming atmosphere and definitely great prices. Hours are reasonable, but of course if it was up to me, I think a 24 hour beauty supply is in great demand! I am very grateful and appreciative of this successful business. Thanks girls! Keep up the wonderful work!

This was an amazing visit !! All of the women working were very helpful and nice . I just moved here so it helped a lot !!! I will definitely be back again !! Actually this is the only hair store I’m ever going to . Being from Louisiana they had everything I need !!
