Sally Beauty

This is the worst store ever with associates who don’t understand customer service. When I arrived the store was open but the front door was locked for 15 min, apparently the girl was over at Panera getting breakfast and coffee while a que of customers waited outside. When trying to get information she kept being unhelpful and was having difficulty putting my phone number in their system due to her nails (I had to give it to her over 6 times). Although Sally’s has a very antiquated system from I’m guessing 2004 and thus no fault of hers that they can’t commit or communicate between their stores/online she kept giving attitude and rolling her eyes. I understand retail can be tough, I worked in it for over 10 years in high end, however, a good attitude and willingness to help goes a long way

Beautiful store, the manager was extremely friendly and knew exactly what to help me with! The other works also chimed in to give their personal opinions on certain products too. Overall great experience (:

I never leave reviews but as a cosmetologist myself , I had a wonderful girl check me out today 4/29/23 around 11am so friendly & nice. I think employees like this should be rewarded for not just “checking you out “ she was helpful with changing my old phone number in my account & easy too talk too! Wish I got her name. I’ve had not so great experiences at other beauty supply stores. Definitely would come back!

This is the absolute worst Sally’s I’ve ever been to, if you have another one close by I would go there instead. The employees here clearly don’t care about the customers. I was trying to ask if they had a product in stock. When I walked up to the lady at the register (no other customers around) she said can you please wait. I waited 2-3 minutes before finally going to find someone else. Today I tried calling to see if they have an item in stock before dropping by I was put on hold again for over 5 mins before hanging up. Absolutely terrible

I normally come to this Sally Beauty but it was randomly closed and locked up over an hour before the posted closing time. Very inconvenient
