Salon 3311

First and last time I’ll ever get my hair cut here. I went in so excited for my haircut and proceeded to sit through the most uncomfortable haircut of my life. I have never had someone not greet me, no hi or anything, just a “sit over there”. Laura had the most unfriendly aura and didn’t once engage in conversation, just barked orders.

Tried Laura as a first time customer. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but zero customer service. She was there late and then asked me what perfume I was wearing and told me I smelled like a high school boy? Was willing to over look it if she actually gave me a good hair cut. When I left I was okay with it because she does give a good blow out. After coming home I realized it was nothing like I asked for. I even showed her a photo of what my last hair cut looked like & exactly what I wanted. She went WAY too short on my bangs to the point where I wanted to cry.

First time client. Salon needs to work on communication. Upon entering the salon few minutes early there was no hostess for check in. Another stylist pointed me to Laura’s chair and to take a seat. No one communicated to let me know Laura was running late. At 10:07 I asked a male at the desk and he did not apologize but instead said “it’s only been 7 minutes this is America. I will text her in 5 minutes asking where she is”. Horrible horrible customer service. I wish they would’ve just communicated that Laura is not in yet and is running late, which I would’ve understood. When Laura came she did not apologize for being late and did not really talk at all during the 3.5 hour appt. With their high price point they really need to work on their customer service in order to keep customers. I

Sam has done my daughters hair in the past and done a good job. This time however she asked him to color and style her hair in a way that he obviously did not possess the ability to do. After 12 hours in his chair (he left her there for 3 hours unattended) and 3 severe bleaches, 2nd and 3rd degree burns on her scalp, he has nearly ruined her hair. On top of that, charged her for it. Her mother had to pay an additional amount with another stylist two days later to try and repair her hair. Now, it will be a year before her hair returns to a healthy state. Sam, you should be ashamed of yourself and how you treated her.

I just had the best experience here at 3311. Van did awesome job on my nails and her customer service is amazing! She made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was satisfied with my nails every step of way! I highly recommend this place and recommend Van to do your nails! Did I mention they have a bar lol
