Salon Amissa

My wife and daughter have been going here for a little while and it’s been good. Today my 11 year old daughter had an appointment at 11am. At approximately 9:45am my wife started experiencing severe chest pain So we went to the ER, and got sent back to a room which is where I’m writing this from. Our phones aren’t getting reception, so I asked my daughter to call and reschedule. They told her to give them our credit card information so they could charge us a no show fee which is “about half of what the bill would have been”. So they wanted a $100 no show fee. I understand they lost a slot, but sometimes true emergencies come up. To ask an 11 year for their parent’s credit card info seems, at the least, sleazy.

I was a first time customer. This place is awesome. I’ve been to a few salons at this point in my life and I’ve had to frequently wait and my appointment had been rushed. Often my hair was wet when I left, which is not great. Amissa though… wow. This salon is worth every penny. My stylist, Alyssa Piper, was waiting when I arrived. She washed, cut, dried, and styled it a little for a fresh look for the day. The appointment never once felt rushed and was so relaxing. The salon itself is clean, bright and open. They also have a variety of services. My husband also had his first appointment yesterday with the owner, Jason. My husband’s hair is a little weird to style. Jason did an amazing job. His hair hasn’t looked so good in half a decade. Thank you, Amissa!

Jen was absolutely amazing she did my daughter's hair for her senior pictures and it came out gorgeous I went back two days later and got my haircut and it was amazing I will definitely be back

Jen took care of my daughters hair this morning with care and compassion. She is ecstatic with the result Alyssa and Alexis took care of our gel manicures (I got one too) this evening, with just as much care. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and the entire staff was welcoming. I would highly recommend the salon for anyone looking for hair or nail services, or even permanent (claspless) jewelry.

Jason has been my guy for many many years. Very accommodating on schedule and most importantly, I instantly draw compliments after a cut. Another thing you don't always consider, the way he does it, it looks fresh for weeks. A while back I asked him to change it up... next level.
