I will never step foot in here again. I haven't been here for a while but when I returned I remembered why I've stop coming. I got a pedicure that was extremely rushed....no conversation no "hi" nothing. The lady ended up cutting my foot. I told manager he seemed concerned but once I asked for a discount for the cut that was made on my foot he laughed. The very next day the side my foot was cut was extremely red and had a big scar. I should have gotten a full refund. I will never ever return here nor recommend.

Best place to get your feet done. They actually take the time to massage them along with your legs. They add a nice exfoliater scrub then warm towels at then end. If your feet are dry they have the grater to make them soft. Other places I've been to in the city don't do it and do not provide the best service as this place does. You won't be disappointed! Mani and pedi $30.. unless you want acrylics and gel then more expensive of course. Tina is great, she also does eyelash extensions for $25. My eyes were burning the second time she did them, maybe too much glue? but they lasted 2 weeks this time. I mean, not worth going blind lol but js. Tina does a great job!!

I reguested a asymmetrical Bob for any hair people out there the whole prcesss is about blending layers. I had a wash, style and cut for $35 but when i got home it was super choppy and not blending at all. Plus she twisted my hair and didn't uses clips to secure the sections, which is not professorial. She literally just cut chunks and not small sections as well as rushed my haircut. Worst hair salon ever. I had to go to rob roys the same day to fix the mistakes. The person at rob roys said my hair was seriously chopped and you can't rush a Bob haircut. Please don't go here. I spend like $37 for the actual haircut then to refix was $22 like $57 just to get my hair cut..

Rite before I left fot Albania I went to this place, Salon beyond 1200 main st worcester to get a gel manicure it cost me $25 plus a tip and only lasted me a day . I had to go back and fixed my thumb wich was ok, I wasn't happy but it happens. Now I left for my trip within 5 day they all peeled off except the thumb that was done by this other person there 😠😠!!! After I got back from trip it took me a week to go there do to the hours they are open , and my hours that I worked I couldn't go any earlier. Ohh and when I went there couple days ago they couldn't do anything cause the manager wasn't there! So today I went in and I asked to speak to the manager which he was there . I told him about what happened and I said I want my money back I'm not happy! He said that I should of called
