I’ve been going to Vika for a little over a year now and she’s AWESOME! I absolutely adore the staff at the front desk and Vika ! I did have an experience a few months back where my stylist wasn’t available and the girl didn’t know how to do chunky highlights and she messed up my haircut but Vika fixed it to the best of her ability and I have received several compliments on my hair! There are several stylists there, I have very thick, natural curl to my hair that is coarse so not just any stylist can do my type of hair. I highly recommend Salon Bliss Shelby Twp. Very amazed with the turnout of my highlights I had gotten done by Lorena 12/13/25. Lorena has an astonishing ability to have you shocked. Let me tell you, she has an outgoing positive attitude and very intelligent with hair/highlights. I came in with an idea and we went ahead to express of what could work with the hair I have and thoughts of whether or not this color would look better. One thing I respect is the overall work ethic and pride she takes into with her work and will more than welcome correct or adjust anything. I had a close friend have her do her hair and knew she was the person to have my hair done meaning highlights. This was my first time at this salon. I really tried not to write this review, but after losing so much of my length, I just couldn’t stay quiet. My hair was below my waist, and even the stylist commented that it was the longest hair she had ever seen, even showing it to another stylist before starting the cut. I was very clear that I only wanted to trim about 3 inches and add layers and face framing while keeping my overall length. Unfortunately, she cut my hair completely wrong. Instead of trimming and layering, she cut all of my hair to the same length as the next layer, taking off far more than I asked. I came in today to my facial appointment with Halina, hoping to get some stress relief from a crazy couple days! My facial was amazing and I received the stress relief I needed. I even fell asleep during my service! I felt like I was back in St. Lucia. Halina is truly gifted at what she does! I’ll be a life long client of hers! The glow was amazing!

Gina at Salon Bliss is the BEST hairstylist ever! I don’t let anyone else come near me with scissors — she’s that good. I actually lived in Europe for 10 years, and every time I came back to visit family, I made sure to book an appointment with Gina. She always understands exactly what my hair needs and makes it look amazing every single time. Salon Bliss itself is such a friendly and welcoming place. The whole team is professional and talented, and they offer so many great services — from nails to head spa treatments to massages. Speaking of which, I’ve had one of the best massages of my life here! You can really tell that everyone at Salon Bliss loves what they do and takes pride in their work.
