For my first experience there I was really impressed with the service and the beautician was very nice and professional. They washed the hell outta my hair lol overall it was definitely a good experience. I reccomend this place to anyone, prices are great, all the stylists are BOMB IN THERE AS WELL FROM WHAT I SAW. GREAT PLACE 🥰

I live in Mexico. I scheduled my appointment a month ago. Flew in from Mexico 🇲🇽 for a next day appointment to ger my hair braided for my son's birthday. She told me to come at 8 am instead of 9 am. I was at her salon before 8 am. NO SHOW!!!! the salon waa closed. I texted her. NO RESPONSE. Found out later she sent the cancelation to My Instagram DM 3 hours before my appointment. No phone call. No text message to my phone. What professional cancels an appointment via DM. Please note. This is her second time canceling an appointment on me. She makes up stories at the last minute when she doesn't feel like doing your hair. Horrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Take your money and business to someone who values your time. Stay away from this salon.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Stylist: styledbystai I paid 200 dollars just for my tracks to start sliding the day off, I tried talking to the “stylist” but she was adamant on that her cap hairstyles don’t slide. I provided her with a picture and she continued to give me attitude and excuses instead of trying to find a solution for us both. All I wanted was for her to re-apply the tracks that fell out due to her own negligence. She refused. I also got there at 11:20am and was the first client physically in the building but I was ignored and my hair wasn’t touched until 1:00pm. The service was said to be 2 hours but I didn't leave until 4pm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and REGRET it! I'm out of 200 dollars and have half-done hair Don't waste your time or money!!! TheY HAVE NO

Let’s start off saying just DONT! I booked with a Braider and had to reschedule. She never responded when I text for dates/times she had available. Safe to say I lost that deposit because of no communication on the stylist behalf. So I book a few weeks later with lizzy. My appt was at 12 I wasn’t serviced until 2. The atmosphere was ghetto and loud. All of the workers for unprofessional and the stylist barely asked WHAT I WANTED! I will never return.

Very unprofessional...... First took my 11yr old to get braids and one stylist didn't want to braid so they got an assistant to agree to do it and she was upset so I left. Tried to give them another chance and called about getting eyelashes done but the receptionist didn't even know if the person who do them were coming in. Then I called several hours later. She still wasn't in, and they don't know her schedule or her prices. Tried to support twice. Never again.
