Salon Cypress

I was gonna let it pass but the more I look at my hair, the more I get angry. I got Asian hair and wanted to get it platinum Balayage. He told me we will get as light as we can and bleached twice. Toned it twice. The whole time my chair was turned away from the mirror. After 5 hrs of process, I looked at the mirror my hair has patches of blueish grey. As I was asking for next session to get it right, he mentioned I should get Keratin treatment. I looked through the hair and saw randomly chopped hair. I asked if he cut it, he said " oh. No no" I'm like "I see its shorter than the rest. You overdone it and cut it right?" He said "I just trimmed it". I'm getting upset and look in the back while he tries to brush off and hide it, and I see short, hair. Randomly chopped in the back of my hair.

I rolled the dice on Salon Cypress as I am new to town and was googling and calling salons in my area to set an appointment for my out grown new Mom hair which needed a makeover BAD. I was instantly sold on Salon Cypress when I called to inquire and they informed me an all over color also included a blow dry and style for $90! Everywhere else I called has separate prices for each service that seemed endless. I arrived and was greeted by Haley who was my stylist. Haley was super sweet, confident and knowledgeable. I was a little apprehensive as Haley is a younger stylist but she knew exactly what I wanted when describing my color and hit it out of the park with coloring and styling my hair. I’ve had bad hair cut experiences at other places. I decided to come here to cut my curly hair in August. Haley was the one who worked on my hair. She did an amazing job and gave me what I wanted. I came back yesterday to get another hair cut by Haley.I was so happy with the way my hair came out! If you’re looking for someone to cut your hair, I definitely recommend booking with Haley. She has great energy and is so kind!!

Haley saved me! I totally screwed my hair up doing it at home and she made it EXACTLY how I wanted it! She corrected the color and made it look more natural, which is what I wanted. The receptionist was so sweet too which is worth 5 stars on its own. Side note, Haley is Deva Cut certified! I can’t wait to bring my curly haired daughter on to get a curly cut. Thanks so much Haley!
