I had an exceptional experience with Dave for my haircut! I’m typically hesitant to try new salons since my thick, long hair can be challenging, and not every stylist handles it well. Dave, however, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered precisely the haircut I envisioned. This will absolutely be my regular salon from now on!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Always have an amazing experience with Angela every time. First appointment with her, was Christmas Eve and she made it happen and was so sweet. Best head and hand massage during a haircut services. Worth every penny!

On Jan 15, 2026, I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago with Angela Rodriguez for Hollywood Waves hairdo at 4pm. I arrived at 345pm and got a call from the Salon Element stating that Angela is running late 30 minutes to an hour late due to traffic whether I can delay my hair appointment till 430pm or later. Then I mentioned that I can't as I have an event to attend. I was then told to just dial at the door to different stylist and see whether anyone available. This is extremely unprofessional and perfect way to ruin your special date. That's why I am writing this review to warn anyone who is going to have a special event in need of an updo for wedding or photoshoot or festival or prom, please be aware. They will delay or cancel your at the last minute and then best of luck to you.

Dave was amazing! Just visiting from out of town but he asked so many questions to ensure you got the cut you wanted and gave the best hair wash and scalp massage I have ever had. Attention to detail in all aspects. Wish he worked closer to home.

This is my first time and definitely I will go back. I had a hair treatment for my damage treated hair and the results are amazing. I love it , totally changed my hair . It looks soft , shinny and healthy. Thank you Andrea !
