Salon Heaven

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. The color came out brassy and orange, far from the toned look I requested, and my hair was left severely overprocessed and damaged from the bleach. The appointment took over 4 hours, during which the stylist, Isabel, repeatedly left to attend to other clients before finishing my service. My scalp was left sore and burned from the toner, and it still smelled of bleach even after being washed out. Despite a supposed hair treatment being applied, my hair remained dry, brittle, and visibly damaged. The results were nowhere near the reference photos I provided, and the overall experience was unprofessional and careless which I was still charged with the initial price of $180 even after all these inconveniences. My son wanted a perm (only top of head) I guess it's the new style for teen boys....anyways, we got the perm very reasonable price and it looked good that day and the following 2 days. Well the perm started to go straight, I called Isabel she did his perm, and with no hesitation she said bring him in and did it over for no fee. I really appreciate great service like that.

Had the same lady do my hair for 10 years so i was afraid too get a new girl and have her botch my hair but Isabella did not dissapoint!! She is my new permanent hair stylist!

Everyone is always very nice and Roman always does a great job! We have been seeing him for more than 30 years.
