I came for a fill in, they gave me a gel fill in even though I have acrylic. The fill in still showed my natural nail and gave it an ombré look which I didn’t want because I asked for a French tip. The gel fill was even lifting when she tried to put top coat on it. I complained and this is how they left me with no remedy. Wanted me to pay $60 but said I should pay $30 for their time. Very disappointed

This salon is unprofessional and racist. Avoid is going if you are a minority!! I went there today (not my first time in there), was asked to pick nail color and then when the employee was about to start working on me, she was told to take a Caucasian woman that just walked in a few minutes after me and said “she had an appt.” The man at counter told me to wait and instructed employee work on her first. Then proceeded to tell me I’d have to wait an hour and half to get my service done. The white lady apologized while the man at counter showed no respect whatsoever. Ridiculous!! I will never step foot in this racist place.

Worse experience ever the worker names Kim forced me to get a 67 dollar spa treatment when all I wanted was clear gel and callus remover ! She repeatedly force me to get spa treatment then charged me 25$ last min saying it’s extra for gel ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this nail salon ! Rather you try out (Pelham nail bar) they never disappoint service is way better than jade salon and prices are much better and affordable

I was going faithfully to this salon for 3 months every two weeks. I thought I finally had my forever nail salon. After the 4th time I came in and when I was getting a refill I notice something green on 2 of my nails. The person doing my nails said it was fine and it’ll grow out. I was very hesitant but he reassured me it was okay. I went ahead and got them redone with the fungus thinking nothing of it since he said it happens all the time, it’s okay. Then I go again to take my acrylic off and just do gel manicure because my nails were the length I wanted them to be and to my suprise the fungus spread. Zero stars. The worst nails I have ever had. The do not know what they are doing. This was 30 minutes after I left the salon. Nails cracked and they would not give a refund. Who can walk around with nails like this?
