I’ve been going to Salon Lux over 15 yrs. The service is always exceptional and the staff is always very professional and pleasant. The staff is 90% original from day one, that says alot!! The stylists are very talented and really care about their clients. They never take the short cut, they do what’s right! You can’t go wrong going to this salon. There is a reason why their doors are still open😉

I walked into the salon with no appointment. My hair was a mess! It was orange in color from trying to dye it myself. Luckily Lauren was available to help me. She assessed my color and asked about what I was trying to achieve. She then highlighted and toned my roots. The orange is gone and I love my new look. Thanks so much Lauren.. I will definitely be returning!

I am obsessed with this salon! I love the inside alone it really gives you that nice modern boujee vibe! Super clean and everyone you see is very nice! I had the honor of having Kaitlyn do my hair and perfect is an understatement! She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted while providing amazing results that im so happy with! I truly recommend her and this salon!

Absolutely horrible experience. Went in person for a consultation to see how much it would cost and to show pictures of how I wanted my balayage to look. The lady told me it would cost from $170-$200 max to get it done. Needless to say it ended up costing me well over $350 and I was not happy with the results. I ended up with maybe one or two random streaks of blonde in my hair, it looked like I hadn’t even gotten 4 hrs of work done to my hair, it looked the same as when I walked in. Very unprofessional. I will never be back here again. This is the picture I took of the “balayage” as soon as I got home crying from the salon.
