Today I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Vanessa. The experience from the very first day I went in to make my appointment with the owner was friendly and professional. Vanessa was able to get me in the very next day. Vanessa was amazing and did an amazing job on my hair. Thank you🙂

I have been going with Jess for about 4 years now and I’m so happy I came across her Instagram page back in 2018. The first time I scheduled an appointment with her she really got me where I wanted with my hair and ever since then she’s done such an amazing job! We’ve gone from going light with my hair and back to my dark hair and always love the end result! I know it can be intimidating going with a new hair stylist but Jess is great and you really won’t be disappointed with her work!

This is a late review, but nevertheless, I am still so happy with how my hair turned out thanks to Jess! I have been going to her since 2018 and she has always done outstanding work…never disappoints! I am so glad to have found her back then because I have loved my hair each time I’ve gone to her :)

Everything about my experience here was amazing! Love this new salon & love how Jess did my hair (as you can see in my profile picture). Jess did a wonderful job accomplishing the look that I wanted. Plus the vibes in the salon are immaculate! If you need your hair done, this is the place to go! Thank you Jess at Salon Lux for making me feel gorgeous!

Worst salon experience I've ever had. The stylist butchered my hair, ignored what I asked for, and acted annoyed when I pointed out the mistakes. The tools looked dirty, the place was a mess, and not once did I feel like a valued customer. To make it worse, all you hear while sitting there is the staff loudly gossiping about other clients and random people—like their lives are so dull that talking about others is the only thing keeping them entertained. Avoid this place at all costs. Unprofessional, unhygienic, and just plain trashy (both the place and the people who work there).
