I had an AMAZING experience! We met LaSonia in the Annapolis mall and she allowed me to come in Same day for a full treatment. I haven’t had such thorough, attentive treatment for my hair EVER! I feel refreshed and the hairstyle is absolutely beautiful. 10/10 recommend!!!

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve tried to let it go, but I’m still VERY upset. I came in for a 10 a.m. haircut appointment after stopping by the day before to confirm that she did haircuts, since I only noticed wigs and extensions being advertised. To keep it short, I came in for a feminine haircut and ended up sitting there for 3 hours. I spent 45 minutes uncomfortably in the shampoo chair while she was extremely rough on my scalp — the wash was painful and unpleasant. She then gave me a steaming treatment I never asked for, followed by an hour and a half under the dryer after wrapping my hair, which is only about an inch and a half long. I love everything about the salon. The location is easy to navigate with great parking alternatives. At the salon care and time were given to explain the processes available for your hair type and texture. They work well with children!! We had a wonderful experience!!
