Salon Max Nail

I was in the area and needed to have my Gel-x set removed. I told them I wanted a soak off. They used the nail bit to remove the top coat and it started to go downhill. The technician was rough with my fingers, sanding off the top coat aggressively and quickly. She hit my skin a few times and actually sanded part of my skin on my left ring finger, which drew blood. I flinched a few times, but she only acknowledged that I was in pain once. She then clipped the free edges of the extensions, which I expected, but then the technician manually pried off the gel-x extension on my right thumb! No soak or anything to soften the glue!! And she used a random acrylic nail that was on the table to wedge it between my natural nail and the fake nail: I was so shocked and couldn't speak. Everywhere onlin

Terrible!!! I come here all the time and this time the male employee did my nails. It looks like a child did these they’re bumpy, the design is very far off from what I wanted, and there’s gaps inbetween where the white meets the pink. I also don’t have time for them to redo it so now I have to come out of my way to come back another day for them to be fix. I am very disappointed and would like to speak to a manager asap

I haven't had a bad experience here yet. They always do a great job with me and with my 2 younger daughters. One daughter is mildly autistic and they are always patient and caring with her. I've been coming here for pedicures and fake nails for the past 10 years, and will keep coming. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Very Affordable pedicure it use to be $20 last year this years it’s $25 worth every penny. Helen was excellent he was kind and took his time on a friday, no rush job, no one waiting and not a 100 people sitting waiting. I’m visiting from LA. I found them last year Driving near the White Sox Stadium The place is Clean, sanitized, they all wear Mask & Clean bathroom. Lots of colors and paints, Dipping power. They also have Lashes, Eyebrow waxing and a number of other services. I’m on a Budget I don’t have $100 for a mani Pedicure here everything was only $55 Mani Pedicure removed gel and Eyebrow wax Helen was nice and I will return tell them you saw it on Google. Take Cash as there is a $2 charge for debit or credit

Great work, price and staff! I have been a client for years (9+) and have never had an issue. My sister drives from Berwyn to get her nails done here because they actually last. I do my own nails most of the time, but when I want to feel pampered, I go to Salon Max Nail.
