Salon Monte

I had a great experience at Salon Monte in Old Town Alexandria! I came in for a wash and blowout and left feeling completely refreshed. Maria gave me an amazing shampoo—super gentle and thorough—and Masako did a beautiful job on my blowout. She took her time and made sure everything looked smooth and styled just right. The whole salon has such a welcoming, relaxing vibe.

I visited Monte for the first time this week and took the first available appointment because of my hectic schedule. I got paired with Gleysi and it must have been fate because I walked out with the BEST color, cut and blow out that I’ve ever had. 🏆 I am rarely totally happy with my hair, but she nailed it. She talked me thru the consult, looked at photo inspiration of what I was hoping to achieve and delivered exactly that. Highly recommend her as a stylist and looking forward to my next visit!

I gave my wife a shampoo and styling as a gift after she was discharged from the hospital. Even though she was temporarily in wheelchair, Salon Monte’s staff couldn’t have been more gracious and welcoming. Masako did a beautiful job of styling her hair and Mimi’s expert shampooing was gentle and friendly. Monte even stopped by personally to greet us. Thank you to Monte and your superb staff!

I have to say I don’t think I’ve had a better experience at a salon before! What a warm, welcoming and beautiful environment, every person working there was very kind, charming and Monte is a gem! I felt pampered and treated with such kindness. They were genuinely concerned to treat my neck carefully because of a pinched nerve. I love my haircut with Monte, it’s very stylish and classy just what I asked for! Very much looking forward to going back!
