Chemical Burns - They did not follow GK Hair's instruction which left me with a burnt scalp and puffy/fizzy hair the very next day. Shaved My Hair - I asked for my ends to be trimmed and left with a shaved nape. My last time was 3 months ago so my ends just needed to be cleaned up, I have hair down to my neck and now it's peach fuzz because she over cut my hair and didn't bother telling me. Rude - Alesyah's (the owner) customer service needs works. Lacks communication skills and doesn't take accountability when mistakes were made. I shared the GK product instructions and stated they did not process my hair correctly and she just kept saying "I did the service properly" even though they did not follow the instructions. I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and genuinely comforting—exactly what I needed since I haven’t had a go-to salon in quite a while. Alesyah and Alexis made me feel completely at ease, never rushed, and truly welcomed. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions, lol. Instead of glossing over things, they took the time to explain every step, offer thoughtful recommendations, and make sure I felt confident about the process. I left feeling refreshed, understood, and genuinely taken care of. I’m happy to have found a salon I can trust. Highly recommend!

Alesyah treats me like family every time I sit in her chair. Even when I’m having a hard time, I can relax and forget my worries at her salon. She’s an excellent stylist, she’s very kind, makes sure I’m okay, makes me feel beautiful and I have not had a better experience in all of Atlanta. Salon Moraee is home. Love my hair and will recommend every time.
