I went into the salon with a tragedy with my hair, which was a mishap and was needing somebody to help fix it. They were open early. The receptionist was absolutely sweet as all get out. She apologized that she had nothing available and set me up with her appointment later in the evening But then when I left about a minute to 2 minutes later, she called me back and asked me to come back that their head stylist would fit me in. They didn’t make me feel ashamed that I had a mishap with my hair. The hairstylist was amazing. She talked me through it. Let me know what was gonna happen and tell me everything was gonna be OK so I would give this place a five star rating for professional and sweetness, and the fact that they were not downgraded of their people very helpful. I love this salon, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Always willing to accommodate their clients and asks if I need a drink or snack. I have been going for the last 3-4 years and I don’t want to go anywhere else. Brittany is the stylist I go to, she listens to exactly what I want, suggests styles that work with my face shape, products and services and even explains and helps me with how to style my new cut. She’s an amazing colorist and always gets my color absolutely perfect. I get so many compliments on my hair! Thanks Salon Naman and Brittany! ❤️

This was my first time at Salon Neman, and i it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Amy welcomed me with a big smile and gave me a tour of the facility, she has such happy engaging energy! My stylist Summer was wonderful! She was very thorough in accessing my hair type and needs, did a perfect job! Just really took great care of me. I will be going back! Great business! Love them!

Salon Naman in Rock Hill is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the kindest, most genuine staff I’ve ever encountered. After my consultation, I really appreciated how upfront they were about both cost and timing — no surprises, just honesty and care. Alyssa was phenomenal! She consistently checked in throughout my cut to make sure I was happy with the shape and encouraged me to speak up about any tweaks I wanted. It felt collaborative, not rushed — such a refreshing experience. Checkout was another highlight. They clearly presented the cost of the service only (excluding products) so you could tip based purely on your experience — no pressure, no prefilled options. I had my first visit at Salon Naman with Jen on Halloween and she is absolutely fabulous! She listened to what I am wanting to do with my hair and she made great suggestions. We chatted the whole time and there was no awkwardness. The salon was very nice and it was also really cool to see everyone dressed in costume for Halloween. I look forward to my next appt with Jen!
