⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Experience — Worth the Trip! I hadn’t colored my hair since 2022, so I was honestly very nervous going into this appointment. My husband and I had an important performance event coming up, and I really needed my hair to look its best. I’m very particular about my bangs — I have a heart-shaped face, and if they’re cut incorrectly it can easily make my hair look thin in the front. I’m also not always comfortable with people working close to my face, so trust was a huge factor for me. From the moment we walked into Salon NO.3, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very family- and community-oriented. I brought my son with me for a haircut as well, and I’m so glad I did. Our cosmetologist, Bobby Sams, was incredible. She carefully trimmed my bangs exactly the way I hoped,

Marilyn did an excellent job with my grandma who suffers from Dementia. Not only was her knowledge of perms and color great, but her kindness and respect towards my grandma was excellent. My grandma was smiling the whole time. Marilyn treated her with dignity and respect. Thank you!! I also appreciated that we were able to break up the services so that my grandma received her color and perm in different appointment times so that no damage occurred to her hair by over processing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On 2/15/25 I booked a long haircut, wash, dry and style with Sandy. I was happy to get a same day appointment but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My hair was down to my bottom before and I wanted to cut about 3-4 inches off to remove the dead. She showed me how much hair she’d be taking off and we agreed. However she took off way more than we discussed and made my hair so much shorter than I wanted. I never wanted layers and she went ahead and added horrible layers anyways. I came into the salon and was seated in her chair. She started to cut it dry which I thought was weird since I booked a wash and style. During the haircut I kept commenting how short it was and she just kept agreeing saying “it’s okay because now it will grow.” I was upset the entire time and when she fini

I had a great time talking to one of the hairdressers(Marilyn) yesterday! She was so nice and sweet but the hair cut was bad. I ask for a certain haircut and showed her the pictures but I was completely disappointed from the results. I told her how short I want the bangs, and how I wanted layers. It wasn’t styled properly and make it look like I had straight hair with chopped ends that were 100% uneven. I tried to show her a lot of times how I wanted with layers and bangs but I was really afraid for her to messed it up. I didn’t have the time to stick around to talk to the hairdressers due to my boyfriend graduation from nmsu and I had other important things to do.
