She’s not only kind and generous but also super talented! It was quite the transformation, and Kayla nailed it. She explained every step, was transparent about pricing, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. You can tell she truly loves being creative with hair, and it shows in the outcome. I was anxious at first because this was a major change and my first time getting extensions, but she made the whole process enjoyable—and I could not be happier with the results. I had such a great experience with Mary! I have a surgery coming up, and knew washing and brushing through my long hair would probably become too much for me during recovery. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and feeling resigned with the idea that I would probably not like it as much, but that hair grows back anyways. Mary helped me find a style that is super easy to maintain and take care of, and still helps me feel like myself and confident in how I look! Everyone else in the salon seemed very nice and professional as well. 10/10

I love Salon O! I started seeing Michaela Specht more than two years ago and can say I genuinely still get giddy for every hair appointment I make! She's a blonde specialist, but she's taken me on some super fun journeys with red, copper, and darker tone play. She's creative, energetic, collaborative, and most importantly (to me) - she cares about my hair's integrity! My hair now grows like a weed since I started seeing Michaela. She makes me no longer afraid of bleach. She's also just an amazing person, and I'm happy to call her a friend in addition to my hair's keeper!
