I’ve been here a couple of times now and realized I never left a review, which definitely needed to happen because Tina deserves the recognition! I absolutely and highly recommend Tina. She is genuine, warm, and incredibly skilled, especially when it comes to LGBT+ and queer hairstyles. She actually listens, understands the look you’re going for, and knows how to execute it without any confusion or hesitation. Every time I’ve come in for a soft mullet or an edge-up, she’s delivered exactly what I asked for with clean, sharp results! ☆ She’s also great with creative requests. I asked for designs shaved into my scalp, and she did them perfectly! She gave me crisp lines, and exactly the style I wanted. It’s clear she loves and takes pride in her work! I have been going to Sarah since before it was Salon Root! I have never been disappointed. She does amazing work and has made her business what it is today. Loved my haircut! The salon is beautiful and the stylists are wonderful. I was recommended to go here because of their non-toxic products and was very pleased with my cut! Will definitely be returning. They sell a wonderful range of toxin free products!

Love this place! Been coming here for years. I picked it over others bc it's non-toxic products. All the staff do a great job and I've never had a bad experience. My son now comes here too. :) Sarah the owner is fantastic and the decor is so cute and comfy! Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed!

I haven't got my hair cut by a salon in years and I found the experience amazing. I'll definitely be visiting again whenever I want my hair cut. I've never gotten my hair dyed before, but this salon makes me want to test the waters lol. I also noticed that this salon is very kid friendly which is awesome. 10/10 would recommend. The people were so kind!
