Kristen sent me home with orange streaks on black hair she called highlights when I asked for one whole color on top and to keep the bottom color underneath black. When I asked her to fix it the next day she told me I was being too aggressive and offered $200 back. She charged me $300 for ruining my hair. $55 for the too short hair cut—I said don’t cut above my shoulder blade and it’s not even touching my shoulder blade now!! During The consult she told me $175 for the color and then when it was done she was like it’ll be $300 because I used two packets?? On what you only did highlights on the top of my head??? When I went to Sally to get what I needed to fix it they were like whoa girl that’s not even at all and the strands are different levels of orange brassy. Horrible do not recommend
