I ordered $500 worth of Berodin Wax from Salon Service Group, and it’s been an absolute nightmare ever since. I realized I needed to update the shipping address immediately after ordering, so I called the next day to fix it or cancel the order. What did I get? An unhelpful “preorder” option and zero solutions. I tried to cancel the shipment online and spent over 30 minutes navigating their useless site, only to end up hoping that the billing address was correct because nobody could confirm it. Then, when I finally managed to reach someone at Salon Service Group, they couldn’t even cancel the order — even though it had been less than 12 hours since I placed it!
