The best customer service experience I have Ever had, the Sales associates are very knowledgeable about all the products in the store!! They were very nice, asked me questions about my Hair & Skin care routines. I'm a Hairstylist/Cosmetologist but there are so many different products in our industry and the advancements in technology that it really helps us to educate ourselves on New & improved products. Thank you for all your help with everything I will definitely be back soon!

Been coming here for years, because it’s the only place in the area that sells certain products, and i have always had a very unwelcoming experience by staff previously. I truly use to dread coming in here, that is until this morning when I was helped by Gina. She was super sweet and bubbly even at 8 o’clock in the morning, her a good vibes set off a great start to my day and I truly thank her for that. She was also very informative. The five star review is Solely for her!

Stopped by today just looking for one simple product which they didn't have in stock. The staff were so friendly & helpful they even called around to different beauty supply stores in the area for me (without me even asking, I might add) and found what I needed and told them to hold it for me. They were super nice and went out of their way to help me when they could have just said they don't have the product. I am a newly graduated esti and will definitely be back for all my supply needs.

Marvin is incredibly helpful in choosing the correct products... even going out of the way to call my esthetician to make sure I was getting the right one! Couple that with his great personality and its truly a pleasure stopping in!
