Dawn is an amazing hairstylist who listens to what you want and delivers it beautifully! In a world where most women of every age wear long hair, she stands out as a master of short hair. I have taken my very thick head of hair to her 3 times with 3 different requests and each time walked away just loving my pixie! Michelle at the front desk is a doll and the salon is top notch. Highly recommend!

Textured-hair girlies, beware. I’ve been coming to the same stylist annually for three years, only for my hair texture and preferred styling methods to be completely ignored. I lost over five inches of hair in one sitting, even though I specifically said I loved my length and wanted to keep as much as possible. For the first time in my life, I hate my hair. It’s a feature I’ve always cherished and am known for. I feel like Samson. Do not recommend at all for women of color.

Always a great experience at salon Shahin. A modern, welcoming, warm, and professional environment. The team is very talented and clearly enjoy what they do and the clientele they serve. Marie is a fantastic colorist and I’ve been her client since moving to Stamford in 2017. I am a very satisfied client and couldn’t be happier with my hair color - and the blow outs performed by the assistants.

This was my second visit to the salon, and I must say, everyone gets the highest rating from me. It was easy to book an appointment and when I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I would like something to drink; they made a delicious iced cappuccino for me. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with all the services. Shahin’s wife actually walked outside with me and showed me a parking lot where I can park when I come next time!
