I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. I booked an appointment with Hannah in suite 3 after seeing her work on Instagram and driving six hours round trip to the salon. Unfortunately, the service I received was not wearable and did not reflect what we discussed during the consultation. Color: I was very clear that I did not want visible roots and that money pieces and dimension were priorities. I left with roots that were immediately visible, no money pieces, and significantly less dimension than the inspiration photos I provided. I booked with Hannah and she did amazing with my hair and recreated my inspo how I wanted it! The Salon was also decorated nicely and very well kept. It was really a great experience!
