i called here with little hopes since i had been to other salons & calling around looking for someone who could help me fix my hair at a reasonable price. destinee answered the phone & was amazing from the start. not only did she fix my hair, she copied and achieved the EXACT color from the picture i showed her without having to do all the other extra services the other salons said i needed. she did that by mixing together different colors like a true artist. everything turned out perfect. her customer service was perfect. the atmosphere & vibe from the whole place & other stylists was perfect. i will never go anywhere else again🩷

I so love going to Salon Ten31 and even though this is only my second time, I have found the staff there is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about cutting, styling and coloring hair. They truly love what they do and it shows not only on all of the faces of the stylists but also on their clients faces. Such a wonderful place to have your hair cut, styled and colored just the way you want it. Kim is my stylist and I hit the jackpot when I discovered her. Her expertise in stylying hair and endearing personality makes for a lovely experience.
