I’ve walked past this spot for some time and finally decided to go in. Upon entry, I was greeted and assisted with a wash. I received three washes that were a bit rough but thorough. After that, I was rolled and placed under the dryer for about an hour, then finished with a blow-dry. The total service cost was $55. My only concern was sanitation. I noticed that after servicing a customer, the comb was not placed in the germicide, which is typically standard practice. Additionally, there was someone in the shop coughing without covering their mouth. With COVID, influenza, and RSV currently on the rise, this raised some concerns for me regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Would I return? Only if necessary—on an emergency or convenience basis. Bring your mask 😷 for your wellbeing and sake.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE 4C HAIR! My hair was damaged terribly at this salon. I asked the stylist was she using heat protectant and she was, but she was passing the flat iron through my hair numerous times. I paid for a wash, deep conditioner, rollers and she pressed it to style me a side part ($60 + tip) The first picture is my hair with product before the salon. The last two are of my hair with product after the salon, you can see the straight dead ends even when the hair is fully saturated. The owner was not willing to refund me even after I told her my hair will never be the same for a long time! I am devastated. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK WITH 4C HAIR!!!!!

I really had very short and damaged hair but the lady over there helped and gave information and instructions about how to maintain my hair. My hair is thicker and is shoulder length! I appreciate that salon so much!!! Wash my hair there every other week, love the vibe!

They damaged my hair and my daughter then they cut her bang twice and I never asked for that also they are expensive and does A shitty job go to Harlem ladies
