Always such a lovely experience going to Salon Twelve, especially getting my hair done by Cortney! She has been doing my hair for years now and never disappoints. She is so kind and does an excellent job every single time. Never going anywhere else!

Salon Twelve is amazing! The color and cuts that Rachel does are the absolute best. She is very talented and all the staff are amazing! I highly recommend getting your hair done there.

I have no idea what the service is like because they have a message that says they have no receptionist, and by the time someone got around to calling me back, I had found another Aveda salon and booked there. Just seems kind of crazy not to have someone answering your phones and booking appointments if you’re such a busy salon. Sabrina was very nice when she did call me over a week after I left a message.

Sarah is a fantastic stylist. Always considerate of what her clients want. The salon is peaceful and calming. It avoids the harshness of judgements and pettiness I've seen at other local establishments.
