This group of ladies never hold themselves accountable and you can see that by which reviews they choose to reply to. Came in for a haircut and it was absolutely botched. It was cut way too short and looked absolutely nothing like my reference picture despite having many chances to get it right due to the length of my hair, my bangs were prosperous and my stylist just obliterated them. And it seemed like she was in an absolute rush to get my haircut done. You’d think they look like they know what they’re doing but you could feel the weird, mean girl, unprofessional, and fake vibe they have going on. The first visit was satisfactory. I feel it’s getting to know & adjusting. The second visit I was not completely satisfied. The third visit I told the stylist my hair was too dark & I preferred it lighter. When I left, not only was my hair almost black, there was no smooth transition between the root touch up and the gloss. It looked like I had a black cap on my head. I had 1/2” of hair dye all along my forehead as well. The lights are dim in the shop & I asked her to clean it up but I could not see what she left on my face. I called after I returned home to see what product would remove it . She gave me a suggestion of rubbing alcohol which did not remove it. Had my first experience at Salon West Aveda, Seminole City Center. Amberly was my stylist. I am 77 years old and she gave me the BEST HAIRCUT I have ever had in my life! She is a true professional and listens to her clients. Absolutely wonderful experience.

My last several visits here have been so uncomfortable. I was seeing a level V stylist here who I think has just gotten to comfortable. She would text me to change my appointments to times that worked for her. She would be seeing multiple clients at the same time as me and would have the students/brand new out of school stylists wash my hair because she had other clients to work on and I guess it’s beneath her perhaps. I had a bad experience with one of the newer stylists, as she conditioned and then shampooed my hair and left a ton of soap in it. When I told my level 4 stylist, whom I was paying top dollar to do my hair, she didn’t care. As a matter of fact for my next visit she tried telling me that I needed to come in at a time that worked for her because the newer stylists are there at
