Tamara did an excellent job on my new haircut. I was very nervous because I haven't had my hair cut in a long time. She made me feel comfortable and also took her time and answered all my questions. Sorry I had to do this but I didn’t like the hack job that my 8 year old son got here. He has been here before and never have I asked for his hair to be skinned off the sides like Mr.T. He always gets a lil cute Mohawk with a few lines nothing major. She wanted to cut it off and I told her cause I heard her talking to my son about while I was on the phone, she then asked him did he want the sides cut and he said yes. She started cutting and shaved all my child hair off the sides never asking me or letting me know she was going to that to him, I looked up and I don’t like this and she act like she didn’t hear me but the damage had been done Then she canceled his appointment like we wasn’t even there but we was on time and gave her a tip because that was what he had for his haircut. I absolutely loved my experience at Salon Zoë! Miss Tamara worked on my hair and I felt absolutely amazing walking out of there. Customer service is 100%, the place is clean, all the staff are nice and welcoming! The price is also very affordable! Can’t wait to keep coming back!
