I was charged a cancellation fee for being sick. I woke up the morning of my appointment extremely sick. I realized they have a cancelation policy, but I was sick. I guess I should have went sick to the appointment even though it has been expressed to me they would not want me there if I was sick. So what they did was charge me the cancelation fee. It was explained they would rather charge the fee than maintain a repeat customer. It was a better business policy for their small business. As a previous small business owner, the goal was to increase your customer base, and maintain repeat customers as that's where the money is. I get why to have a cancellation charge for those that need to cancel for other reasons. But when someone is sick, where is Salon 88 compassion? Where is Salon 88 re

Natalie was my stylist and did an AMAZING job with my partial foil, cut, and style! I’ve never had someone so perfectly match an inspiration picture, and she was able to get it exactly how I wanted it! Not only does my hair look and feel amazing, but she was so quick and efficient! I have very thick, coarse hair, and my appointments usually take very long, but Natalie finished in such a timely fashion. Also, her prices are affordable, which is hard to find these days! I cannot wait to go back to her for my next hair appointment!

I cannot say enough great things about Amanda and her salon. I have recommended all of my friends and family to her since the day I booked my first appointment several years ago. Not only does she do amazing work, but she listens to exactly what you want and has great advice if you need help deciding. She is so easy to talk to and I always have the best time when I'm there. Did I mention her prices?? They are unbeatable! It's such a great feeling to not have to bop around from stylist to stylist anymore - she is simply THE BEST.

I’ve been going to Amanda regularly for over a year, and she’s been amazing. I have difficult hair and high expectations, and she’s never failed me. Even recently, after a year of dying my hair dark brown, she took me lighter with no problem and perfect tone. She always gives me solid advising and is so reasonably priced for her level of professionalism. Great stylist!
