Always have an issue with this store location. Especially with store clerk Jeanae whom has zero customer service skills. They’re always out of key products and color. The sale price rarely reflects on receipt so beware look at your receipt for leaving.

Should be able to give zero stars. The manager Jeanae was extremely rude and refused to return a defective hair dryer which was within the 60 day return policy. When I questioned her about why she wouldn’t return it, she told me to “get out of her store” and as I approached the door, she yelled and “Don’t come back” I have been shopping at the Annapolis store for over 8 years and have rarely returned anything or had any issue with any of the employees. This was the first time I had come into contact with the manager Jeanae. We are in the customer service business. Salon Centric needs to re-evaluate their customer service policy, if their own manager treats loyal paying customers with disrespect and incorrect policy. I understand everyone has a bad day, but this managers behavior goes way b

The people who work here are super helpful. They will even get an order together for you if you call ahead. And they stay stocked fairly well!

I feel very disappointed I bought a dryer and it is not in good condition for what my job demands I thought that being a good brand in hair clippers would meet my expectations and what I received was that they cannot change it unless it is wrong factory status, I don't know but I consider myself a loyal customer of this store but what a disappointment not to receive the same treatment.

I live this location, the staff is always helpful, and they have many things in stock, and love all the promos!
