Every time I shop at this location the same woman is working. She spends the whole time I’m there hovering over my shoulder. Yes I have an account. I had to tell her multiple times because she didn’t believe me. No, I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief. The name on the receipt said Erica R

I went in the store and the employee first looked at me and asked "do you have an account with us?" After replying yes because I've come to the store several times I began picking up my items. During checkout I always just gave my number and never had issues however Erica R asked to verify my full name and then said I needed to show my nail license. I will be going to the layton location exclusively now.

Tara R is absolutely the best. She always goes above and beyond customer service. As a salon owner, it’s really hard to pick up orders sometimes , Tara made a trip to my salon, not once but twice . She always makes me feel like I am priority. She always always always makes sure my order is correct . Tara has been at different locations in Utah, and every store I go to I am VIP. Thank you Tara you have a heart of gold. Your such a hard worker and you have so much passion. Bombshell Studio thanks you .

Honestly I would Give 0 stars if I could. They treated me horribly and made me feel less than. I even Told them that and they didn’t seem to give a flying rats bum. I would Rather drive further than supporting this business. It seems like this is not the first bad review, you would think a company would get a clue.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have yet to go into this location and get good service. The women who work here are always sitting behind the counter talking about personal things. They are always SO rude. The signage is never right but if they forget to change it or miss changing it, don't worry they WON'T honor their mess up. Don't ever ask them for product quality questions, they will never tell you anything bad about it so you'll waste your time and money on terrible products. I can't wait for them to go out of business so CosmoProf can get contracts with the products that I want. Don't waste your money or time here, they are a joke!
