We're human and we all make mistakes, person that worked there apologized for her error and I can move forward but my recommendation is to order for delivery or physically go to the store. The App(Saloncentric) or Technology have criminals adjusting funds and numbers and I can't reach customer service until Monday am. I'm leaving one star for the App not for the store but whoever runs the Franchise needs to push for better secured payment. Thanks for understanding and I'm sorry but its gonna be awhile before I have an emergency inventory replenishment run. Good Luck.

they have good stuff but only let certain customers shop they obviously don’t want buisness

Went inside to look at products and was told if I’m not licensed that I couldn’t purchase anything from the store. It was rude and abrupt and this store won’t survive in this area long.

Thank god they open a Salon Centric near my hair-salon. The girls are great there specially Pia she helps you with anything.

TODAY WAS MY FIRST WALKING INTO THIS PLACE AND FOR, SURE I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. WOW, THIS STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND IF I HAD THEM WORKING FOR ME, I WOULD BE ABLE TO REACH HIGHER HIGHS Jen, Pia, and Maggie went above and beyond for me today I really wish the they are able to continue to touch other humans hearts as they did mine today, congratulations for exhaling on such great staff!!!!!!! Give each of them a raise..
