This from my friend been going to this State for almost 2 years. I like the owners and the staff is nice and helpful. They have good knowledge of the products and I have had pleasant experiences. The owners sometimes have 2 or 3 dogs in the stores personal office that are not allowed in the main store. The dogs are well behaved and my son loves to go the office and pet the older dogs. I would suggest this store to anyone and agree anyone can have an "off" day. 1

I didn’t have an experience with this place because they aren’t open to the public, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I just googled places to go get my hair product for my stylist and when I drove to this place, I found this out. There needs to be more places that offer these professional products in the NWA area and that are open to the public.

Since the new manager Shelby was hired the Bentonville store is amazing. Always greeted, asked if there is anything that they can help you with and KNOW their products. It's never been better if I could give more stars I would!

Since Brittany took over as the store manager it’s been nothing but fabulous!! She’s friendly and professional exactly what this store needed from the beginning!! I love my shopping experience now that she’s the store manager!! Thank you Brittany for always making us feel welcome!!
