Judith is so sweet and knowledgeable. I had no idea what kind of hair dye to pick out for my desired outcome. I really appreciated Judith's patience amid my questioning and beginner lens. I explained to her what I was going for and she was on it. Super thorough, friendly, and professional. She is amazing.
This is the second time that my wife and I showed up at Salon Centric in Columbia on a Saturday and the doors were locked and the lights were out. No signage to indicate the store was closed. Since it appears that they are constantly having staffing issues, they should just not open on Saturdays. CosmoProf gets my wife's business from now on.
Absolutely amazing customer service!!! The girls there are so helpful and super sweet.
