Decided to update my review, my previous experience was awful, but years later and the staff has changed. Everyone is super helpful. They have what you need consistently, and a great location. Happy to see it doing well! (I do wish salon centric in general had more for the barber area)

Rude, unfriendly workers. I should not feel uncomfortable and unwelcome walking into a retail store and then checked out in silence with no acknowledgment. If you need salon centric products go to the other locations, this one has workers with zero customer service and zero people skills.

love the products but the staff is always so rude when i go in. i’ve never been able to make a purchase there and its very inconvenient that you’re not allowed to make a purchase on your first visit (or 48 hours after) because you need to have an account with them, not just a license. but everytime i go back in they can never find my account

Today, I received the worse customer service ever. The clerk was rude. The only service that she provided was opening a bottle of polish. I will never patronize this business again. I left and went to Armstrong Mcall and they were friendly. I purchased the Moroccan Oil shine. I’m so hurt and feel discriminated by the treatment at Salon Centric. Unacceptable and I pray the company pulls the video and reprimands her for discrimination.

Excellent shopping experience and the salesperson was very courteous and helpful. She had knowledge about products and how to properly use them. Store was neat with great displays!
