I am at the delivery driver/rideshare driver. I have parked in this parking lot since 2019. Waiting on food orders and rides. I have never had a problem. Then I get a call that my sister was contacted by an investigator because the girls at the store wrote down my tag number and had my information ran. After all these years now sitting in my car, waiting on orders makes them nervous and they thought I was stalking someone. That’s what we do. We’re not constantly busy so we sit and we wait. Now after six years, I have been told that I just need to find somewhere else to park and get out of this parking lot or they are going to call the cops on me for doing nothing wrong because I’m making the girls in there nervous. I am not for the area and was so thrilled that there was a SalonCentric in town. We forgot our shampoo and conditioner while traveling and almost had a heart attack looking at the retail prices at Ulta. The red head that helped me was so wonderful! 20 stars.

No one offered to help me and my daughter or even great us, whenever we enter the building. I walked around the whole store searching for one specific item. There were to ladies at the Register, have a conversation with each other. They both paused and looked at my daughter & I, with a blank stare, as if to say.... "are you seriously about bother us, while we're talking"... so I walked away from the register and headed toward the door. And they continued their conversation, That were they had stopped a second before. . Even if they had what I was wanting, I more than likely wouldn't have bought it from there, just because of their Unwillingness to help or even welcome me, into the building.

There are no prices posted and the girl working at 11:42 on 10/30 was extremely unhelpful in my search. She just wanted to sit on her phone. Won’t be back.

Always clean and welcoming. Love when I get to try samples. Definitely helps me find new products to love! The employees are friendly and helpful.
