Been going here for years and always have had great customer service, but Xavier takes the crown. He’s always so friendly and super helpful. He always recommends amazing products and just truly knows his stuff and I just appreciate people that are genuinely nice and passionate about their jobs. Thank you Xavier!!

Placed an order online for pickup. A very nice girl called me and said my product was somewhere in the shipment they were in the process of unpacking and it might take a day to find the item I ordered. Two days later I receive an email from Salon Centric that my order was ready. I arrive at the store to pick it up, and the snotty girl, says order is still being processed. I ask why I got 5 emails that the order was ready. No answer. No offer to help, other than I can try to find it at another store and you can go get it. I asked if the shipment they had said my product was in was all unpacked, she looked shocked at this question and said yes. Then I asked where my product was then, if it was in that shipment and you had unpacked the whole thing. Nothing. I left frustrated for wasting my

I came in today and the girls were EXTREMELY helpful they answered all of my questions. Stephanie specifically was so kind and informative. She really went out of her way to help me find the perfect shade for my hair and it came out wonderfully! Thank you guys so much!
