Ive been to this particular location twice now. Compared to other locations, it feels small and the variety of products im use to, isn't found here. It's a clean store, which is always appreciated. The staff here gives me an unwelcoming vibe. They offer help but it has felt as if they "have to" and don't actually enjoy their job. I get everyone has their off days, as well as I do, but in this case I think its more than that. I don't look forward to going back, and may try a different location next time instead.

This location specifically seems to have an unwelcoming reputation. Every time I visit this location to get my products I feel as though I am walking back into high school. All employees seem very irritated to do essentially anything. You can’t even check out without one of them making a side comment as if you are inconveniencing them. It has been many times that I have walked in to them loudly discussing drama in their lives. It is extremely unprofessional, I hate the environment. Will not be returning to this location, as I have given it many tries. Love the Boise location, sweetest people ever!

Love the convenience of the Meridian location! They have a great selection of products available and really appreciate the cleanliness of the store. I personally have always felt welcomed by the staff and have had nothing but excellent customer service every time I’ve come in to this location. Thank you SC employees for your helpful recommendations, samples if/when available and making my overall shopping experience a good one!! :)

This location has to be the one of the worst. Not only is the store manager and her employees super rude, they are also randomly closed. Corporate really needs to do some work with this store or Cosmoprof will be where I go from now on.

They need to make it known CLEARLY that they only sell to professionals or that you need to have an account to shop with them at all. I just needed some clips for dying hair. Absolute BS.
