I've been coming here for years and the customer service has always been horrible, after they revamped the store there was a very short period where it seemed to get better as far as the customer service goes but as of late, it's even worse, in particular an employee named Karla seems to get irritated with any questions asked regarding products. It's unfortunate because a beauty supply store should be fun to walk in to.

Do not try to shop there if you don't have a license to practice cosmetology or whatever. They will not sell to you. It should be much more prominent on the door. But they'll let you walk in and waste however much time and then deny you when you try to check out.

Terrible service I was there at 12 on a Sunday when they're supposed to be open and I have called 2 times within 30 minutes of them "being open" and no one is picking up their phone. As a professional stylist this is not how you run a business

Every single time I come here there’s either a forgotten item in my order, or they tell me they’re out of something but I find it the minute I walk into the store. Customer service is hit or miss too. Most of the employees are rude. Only go here when I can’t make it to the sparks one. The sparks employees are AMAZING.

Every single time I try to shop here I have problems logging into the app. The girls who work here are rude and mean.
