I've been coming to this location for almost a decade and have never had the atrocious experience we had tonight. They close at 6. Arrived at 5:03, not another customer in the place and the solo employee had comfortably parked herself on a couch at the front, fully entranced by her phone. Didn't even say hello. I had a list of colors and products-- even pictures!-- of what I needed, and when I asked where they were I got a huffy "there" and finger point like I'm bothering her. I could go on and on, literally not one other person came in but the store was a mess. No prices on anything, products in the wrong place or knocked over and just... sloppy presentation. If I were the K18 rep, I would be horrified. Sidenote: I spent $250 but would have spent WAY more if we had some help finding what

Rude customer service, employees turn away customers earlier than closing time when you come in 5-10 min before closing. Other times ive shopped they're huffing and ive caught a few eye rolls. Im tired of driving out here just to deal with this.

This location has bad customer service. Associates are rude and make up their own sale end dates. I love the Frederick location. Always so nice and helpful!

This is a great place to get all your beauty supplies. Some things you might not find but that because a lot of stuff is being shipped in and of course with Covid 19 in effect, the products have ccx to be quarantined for 14 days. It's not the store. This is a safe way for the customers.

Everytime I come here for supplies it's like visiting family and friends. I love how Ms. B calls to let me know about sales and when I come in its easy and the staff has always been over the top helpful. I've been coming to this location since July of '22 and I plan to hang with them for awhile.
