I just had a super disturbing incident at this salon studio place. I was a first time client of someone in the building, and was asking for directions on where to go. I asked someone in the lobby if they knew where to go, and the hairdresser, Valerie, said to me VERY rudely “I don’t get paid to give people directions, go to the front desk. How old are you? Look at your phone.” I am a paying customer and all I did was very nicely ask for directions at a place I had never been to. She is a mean spirited person who should be talked to about how she talks to clients. This makes me not want to come back here.

As a renter of this building it’s poor layout makes it hard for clients to find rooms and after being there for 4+ years the atmosphere has drastically changed. The owners would rather lose long term tenants to try and fill the massive layout even though most of the building sits empty. It used to be an awesome business plan and was really great for independent artists too bad it couldn’t stay that way.

The place is opposite Centennial park and next to Jet's pizza. Parking was easy today as this was a Saturday afternoon and rainy so not many people were out. Also there is parking for free in the Parkridge towers behind the building however I parked at a meter. The salon has multiple suites internally. I was greeted at the front desk then directed to the suite number for my appointment at Hello Sugar. I met with Victoria for my waxing. She was very professional and conversational which made me comfortable. She also sanitized the waxing bench and explained what she was doing throughout the procedure. She also educated me on the difference between sugaring and waxing. They have a subscription package as well that gives you discounts on future services and on their products. I am definitely g

I loved these Salons! They’re beautiful and extremely clean! I saw HairbyFarris there for a curly cut and she did amazing!
