I’ve been getting my hair done by Sarah for years, and she has always done an amazing job. From long blonde extensions to going brunette, Sarah has been impeccable at giving me exactly what I want every time. Salt and Light is in a great part of NoDa, and I would recommend both Sarah and Salt and Light to anyone in Charlotte

Ever since I have moved to Charlotte in April 2025, I have tried to find my go-to hair salon. I eventually passed Salt and Light in the NoDa neighborhood and loved Sarah's work on instagram. I made an appointment easily and she was amazing! She created a honey bronde formula for me to match what I was looking for and gave such great advice on what to do. I feel like she is someone you can trust and she helped me decide on doing a partial highlight right now and then could come back later for a full. I plan to go back to her for a touch up or full balayage/highlights before my wedding! Overall, her prices were very reasonable and she spent a lot of time with me (my hair is semi long). I loved chatting with her too!

Hailee is seriously the best! I came to her after seeing the amazing work she did on my sister’s hair, and I knew I had to book with her. My hair was slightly darker than my natural medium-brown color, and with my wedding coming up in just a couple of weeks, I wanted to get back to my natural shade. Hailee absolutely nailed it. She was so open to my feedback and even let me come back in a week later to touch up a few pieces that were a little too blonde for my preference. She was incredibly kind and sweet about it, and I really appreciated how much she cared about making sure I loved the final result. I would 100% recommend Hailee to anyone! The salon was clean, the music was great, and they even offered drinks and snacks. 10/10 experience!

Have been getting my hair done for Sarah for a few years now and have loved it every single time! Jaw drops when the chair is turned around! Ever since she moved into her new space and now has a team it's been the same consistency and intentionality from the beginning. The Salon girls do a wonderful job in making sure the clients feel seen and leave happier than when they walked in!

Sarah is a miracle worker and truly an artist. I am from NJ and I have been following her all 4 years I have been here. Ive tried other artist and always found my way back to her. She is the only one I trust with my blonde and extensions. I leave perfect every single time. She is so intentional, accommodating and affordable. Most importantly I love her genuine, bubbly and Godly spirit. Best salon in CLT, hands down ❤️
