I recently moved from California to Georgetown, Texas and one of the things I was most nervous about was finding a new hair stylist. I had been going to the same stylist since I was 14 years old (literally 24 years) A friend referred me to Salt & Waves Salon in Leander and recommended Elise, and honestly it was the best thing I’ve ever done for my hair. Elise is not only beautiful and super friendly, but she’s also very chill and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. She immediately made me feel comfortable. I knew right away I was in good hands. I’m literally obsessed with how my hair turned out. Moving is stressful enough, but finding a stylist you trust makes such a difference. She's the kind of visionary, you could bring her a vibe, an inspiration, for your next color, and she is gifted at bringing ideas to life. ✨ Also so talented at cuts and styles, I always feel like she makes me feel more like myself by the time I walk out of her salon chair. This place is a scam. Go somewhere else!!! I paid $400 just for some toner and my hair was already back to dark after just ONE week! Bleach doesnt fade or wash out! If my hair was done properly this wouldn't have happened. After addressing my concern to the owner, instead of fixing the issue, all she had to say was that her salon wasnt a good fit for me- because obviously they cant do blonde hair. All they did was put in some toner to disguise the amount of hair they DIDNT put any bleach on, which all washed out after one week. I already went somewhere else to get my hair fixed and she was able to see the ridiculous amount of brown hair that never touched any bleach. Alexis did such an amazing job on my hair! She listened to what I wanted while still educating me on what the best route would realistically. She was so gentle and very attentive! She is very welcoming and I will be referring her & the salon to anyone! The blonde I got is EVERYTHING! I’m in love with my hair.
