Salt Spa

Had a wonderful Fire & Ice session here today! The waterless Cryo is perfect for first-timers of Cryo therapy. It teaches you a lot about your body going from cold to hot in the Sauna like that. Christine was wonderfully informative About the whole process and made it easy. Can’t wait to try the salt therapy next!

This was our first time visiting the salt spa, and we were genuinely excited and looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into deep disappointment when I arrived with my client who uses a wheelchair and found that none of the three entrances to the building had been shoveled. There was no safe or accessible way for us to enter at all. After planning the visit and arriving hopeful, it was incredibly discouraging to have to turn around and leave. Accessibility and basic snow removal are essential, and I hope this is addressed and taken seriously so no one else has to experience the same letdown and experience we did.

We visited the salt spa today. Stacey was very knowledgeable and super sweet and went above and beyond to make it amazing!

It was the first time at a Salt Spa. What a wonderful experience from the minute walking in thru experiencing the salt room, cryotherapy and the sauna! The staff was educated and warm and friendly! My daughter and I totally enjoyed the spa and would love to come back :)
