Now let me say this I never had a problem before. My problem is now my money is hard and I earned it. So when I’m paying $180 for my hair I expect my hair to give me what I paid. It’s not even 30 days later and my hair looks like this. I explained that the thread is loose and one of my briads. When I came this morning I was a little early being I got off at 7am . I do not drive so it was no way I can sit around and wait. I was not giving an appointment time and was not told a time. When I called and I asked if I can still come I was told that she wants to get home early and she is fasting. No disrespect but that has nothing to do with me and I paid for a hair style that is not looking like the hair style I walked out with. Friendly service, techniction wasn't afraid to suggest a color and style that compliments my complexion and frame of my face. The atmosphere was warm and simple. The technician was professional, I could see she was experienced in here craft. For the first time with this hair style at this salon I was pleased.

They do good work but they never have a set price. While they’re doing your hair they’ll talk about the price going up. And stop burning people braids with fire just use hot water.
